Q-Lia vintage Panda Dango rare plastic pencil writing board.

Brand new/unused and does come with original plastic. Outside plastic shows some wear/discoloration/dirt due to age. Does not affect the writing board. This board also has residue from tape/marks on the outside of the plastic.

Pencil/writing board is perfect for putting underneath your paper on your writing surface for smooth writing.

In Japan they are called "shitajiki" which is a pencil board that is placed under a sheet of paper for writing to provide a better surface for writing.
